2016 was one of the hardest years of my life, and I funneled my hardships into an unhealthy relationship with fitness and food. During this time, I restricted my calorie intake and ran myself to the ground (literally 10-15 miles per day). I was isolated, miserable, and at the lowest point in my life.
From rock bottom, I built myself back up. I educated myself, changed my perspective, and realized that pop tarts are actually really stinking good. Over the years, I have worked 1-on-1 with some of the most incredible fitness figures in the industry. I challenged myself, used my limits as stepping stones and rose to become the person I am today.
Now, I am a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor by day and a poptart loving, pug mom by night (I MEAN LOOK HOW CUTE SHE IS). I have not only found my potential, but I have CREATED it, and I want to be able to do the same with you.
